You don't need more advice. You need someone who understands what you're carrying.
Private 1:1 coaching for women navigating grief, sobriety, identity loss, and the quiet unraveling that no one else sees.
This is not therapy. This is honest, structured support for the woman who is ready to stop numbing and start changing.

I don't coach from theory.
This is not therapy. But I bring the training of a therapist and the experience of a woman who has been exactly where you are.
I have been on a bedroom floor wondering if my family would be better without me.
I have said final goodbyes to someone I loved over FaceTime.
I have kept functioning when everything in me wanted to stop.
I have poured a drink at the end of every night for six years and called it coping — because that's exactly what it was, until it wasn't.
I know what it looks like to carry grief with no clean name. To be strong for so long you don't know how to let someone else hold anything. To know all the right words and not be able to feel a single one of them.
And I know what it looks like to finally stop running.
This work is for you if…
- —You are carrying grief that hasn't been fully named
- —You are navigating sobriety or questioning your relationship with alcohol
- —You feel disconnected from yourself, your faith, or your life
- —You are high-functioning on the outside but exhausted underneath
- —You are ready for honesty — not surface-level conversations
If you're looking for someone to "fix" you, this isn't it.
If you're ready to tell the truth and do the work, you're in the right place.
What we actually do together.
This is not talk therapy. We don't just process — we work.
01
Name what's really there
The grief, the patterns, the things you've been avoiding or mislabeling.
02
Understand your coping without shame
Why it exists, what it's protecting, and how to begin shifting it.
03
Build real-life rhythms
Simple, sustainable changes that actually move your life forward.
04
Create accountability that feels safe
So you're not doing this alone or slipping back into silence.
05
Practice living differently
Not just talking about change — becoming someone new in real time.
Why this is different.
Most people stay stuck because they either only talk about the past — or try to force change without understanding what's underneath.
We do both. Honestly and intentionally.
This work is structured, but human.
Grounded, but deeply personal.
You won't be rushed. But you also won't stay stuck.
The way we work together.

Frequently asked questions
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching with Jen is not therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. Jen brings her MSW training and lived experience into a coaching space focused on support, reflection, faith, clarity, and next steps.
Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for women navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, alcohol struggles, faith questions, identity loss, or the feeling that they do not know how to come back to themselves.
Can we talk about alcohol?
Yes. Coaching can include honest conversations about alcohol, numbing, coping, and surrender. It is not medical treatment or detox support.
Do I have to have everything figured out before reaching out?
No. Coaching is for the woman who knows something needs to change, even if she does not know exactly what that looks like yet.
This is not for everyone.
This is for the woman who is done managing the distance between who she is and who she wants to be.
Who is ready to stop numbing and start telling the truth.
Who doesn't need someone who read about this — but someone who has lived it.
If you're not ready, that's okay.
But if you are — you'll know.
This is where we start.
If you are carrying grief, navigating sobriety, or trying to figure out who you are on the other side of something hard —
you don't need to figure it out alone.
I take a limited number of women each season. Fill out the short application below. I read every one personally.
